The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell anything about you, and your habits are your business.

This website

habitswithlui.com is a static website. We do not use advertising, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels.

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit and use it for one purpose: telling you when the app launches (and, if you opt in later, beta invitations). You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@habitswithlui.com. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider's form service; no other third parties receive your address.

The app (when it launches)

Habits with Lui is designed so that your habits, to-dos, moods, and notes stay on your device or in your personal iCloud storage, where applicable. We do not read them, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.

Purchases of reward worlds are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details.

A complete, final version of this section will be published here before the app is released, and the in-app privacy details will always match Apple's App Store privacy labels.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since the only personal data we hold is a waitlist email address, the simplest path is to email us and we'll handle it promptly.
